Bloomfield Youth Assistance celebrated their 2025 outstanding citizen awards on Monday, April 21, 2025. The ceremony paid tribute to 19 extraordinary students and two remarkable community members.
Grade-Up Math Placement testing will occur from May 19 through May 29 (grade-level specific date(s) will fall during that window), with decisions and family notification occurring in June. If you want your child to be considered for Grade-Up Math placement, please contact your child's classroom teacher/guidance counselor by Monday, May 5. "Still Honeyman" is a powerful, new 36-minute documentary presenting the remarkable healing journey of Mark Honeyman, former cherished teacher at West Hills Middle School and Andover High School. In the film, Honeyman relays his health story, how it influenced his life, and the making of the film.
Current grade 8 students interested in playing football at BHHS next year are invited to attend an informational meeting on Monday, 19 in the BHHS Knowledge Market.

Bloomfield Hills Schools recognizes outstanding educators with the Distinguished Service Awards - Teacher of the Year. This year we are celebrating Ms. Zervos from Way, Ms. Mueller from North Hills, and Ms. Matz from BHHS for their dedication, innovation, and positive impact on students across BHS.
All incoming kindergarten students and parents/guardians are invited to join us for Kindergarten Orientation on Friday, May 9. On this day, our current developmental kindergarten and kindergarten students do not have school.
BHS’s PREP students launched a Therapy Dog Merch Shop! You can purchase personalized tote bags, long sleeve t-shirts, and cozy crewneck sweatshirts throughout the school year to support the BHS Therapy Dog Program.
